How long does it take you to set up your rigs?

Usually around an hour for a full Disco set up and 15 minutes for PA. This means you will need to keep this in mind when booking your function. We are able to set up early in the daytime or the morning for a supplementary surcharge.

 

Are you Public Liabilty Insured?

Yes we are covered for 1 million.

 

Do you take requests?

Ofcourse, unless specifically told not to by our customers or we feel someones choice inappropriate!

 

Can you play background Music at a Dinner ?

Yes at many functions we often play soft background music and we have a range of suitable songs from jazz through to ambient music or even love songs. And of course at Christmas we can play the seasonal jingles!

 

Do you confirm Bookings in Writing?

Yes we send out a written confirmation letter confirming all of your event details upon recieving the deposit.

 

Can I send a Playlist?

Yes, you can inform us of any number of songs you would like to hear at your event and we will do our best to ensure we can play these at your event. If you have any really unusual song request we would reccomend you bing a copy. You can update us of these and further event preferences at anytime.

 

How Early do I need to book?

Please book a.s.a.p with Element Discos. Because we quality control our DJ's it means we only have a limited number so can not guarantee availabilty. The summer months can become booked months in advance. Saying this we we have had people book the same day as the DJ they had booked had let them down. We are always at hand to answer any of your questions

 

Can I cancel?

You are able to cancel your event at any time however the Deposit we take is only refundable if your event is booked two months ahead of the cancellation date or in the highly unlikely event that the DJ hasn't turned up. This is because we would have had to refuse customers that date.
